Selank + DSIP + Semax Stress Resilience Stack
A three-peptide stack targeting different dimensions of the stress response: Selank for anxiolysis and GABA modulation, DSIP for sleep architecture restoration and cortisol regulation, and Semax for cognitive resilience under stress through BDNF upregulation.

How to Use Together
Selank: 300-600 mcg intranasally, divided into 2-3 daily doses (morning and early afternoon). Each nostril receives 100-200 mcg per administration. Selank has a short half-life (~3 minutes IV, longer intranasally) and effects accumulate with consistent use over 2-3 weeks. Do not dose in the evening as it can be mildly stimulating for some users.
DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide): 100-250 mcg subcutaneously, administered 30-60 minutes before intended sleep onset. DSIP modulates sleep architecture rather than acting as a sedative — it promotes delta wave sleep and regulates cortisol circadian rhythm. Begin at 100 mcg and titrate upward based on response. Some protocols use DSIP only 3-5 nights per week to prevent tolerance.
Semax: 300-600 mcg intranasally, administered in the morning. Semax upregulates BDNF and has nootropic effects that support cognitive performance under stress. It pairs well with the morning Selank dose — administer Semax first, wait 5-10 minutes, then administer Selank. This allows each peptide to be absorbed without physical dilution on the nasal mucosa.
Cycle structure: 4-8 week cycles with 2-4 weeks off. Many users report that benefits build progressively over the first 2-3 weeks and persist for 1-2 weeks after discontinuation. DSIP can be used more continuously if sleep remains an issue, while Selank and Semax benefit from periodic cycling.
All three peptides are administered at room temperature. Nasal spray formulations should be stored refrigerated and used within 4-6 weeks of reconstitution.
Safety Notes
This stack has a relatively favorable safety profile compared to many peptide combinations. Selank and Semax are approved medications in Russia (Selank for generalized anxiety, Semax for cognitive/neurological conditions) with established clinical safety data from those regulatory frameworks, though they lack FDA approval. Side effects are generally mild: nasal irritation from intranasal administration, occasional headache (more common with Semax), and mild GI upset. DSIP's safety data is more limited — it was extensively studied in the 1970s-1990s but did not progress through modern regulatory approval. DSIP should not be combined with benzodiazepines, Z-drugs, or other GABAergic sedatives without medical supervision due to potential additive CNS depression. Selank should not be used concurrently with prescription anxiolytics without medical guidance, though its mechanism (GABA modulation, not direct GABA agonism) differs from benzodiazepines. Users on SSRIs or SNRIs should consult their prescriber before adding serotonin-modulating peptides. Monitor blood pressure, as DSIP and Selank can cause mild hypotension in some individuals.
