Vesilute

Research-Grade

Vesilute is a synthetic tripeptide (Lys-Glu-Asp) from the Khavinson bioregulator family, designed to target vascular endothelial tissue. It represents the synthetic short-peptide analog of vascular tissue extracts and is proposed to restore age-declined gene expression in endothelial cells. In preclinical research, Vesilute has demonstrated effects on endothelial cell proliferation, nitric oxide synthase expression, and vascular tone regulation. In aging animal models, it has been associated with improved vascular elasticity and reduced atherosclerotic plaque formation. The cardiovascular bioregulator approach is particularly relevant given that endothelial dysfunction is now recognized as an early driver of atherosclerosis, hypertension, and age-related cardiovascular disease. Vesilute aims to address this at the gene-expression level rather than through pharmacological receptor blockade or enzyme inhibition.
