Cos De BAHA's Peptide Complex Serum delivers two well-characterized cosmetic peptides — Matrixyl 3000 (palmitoyl tripeptide-1 + palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7) and Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-8) — in a clean, water-based vehicle with hyaluronic acid. Matrixyl 3000 signals collagen I and III synthesis in dermal fibroblasts, while Argireline modulates SNARE complex formation to reduce the depth of expression lines. This is the same peptide combination found in products 3-5x the price, at concentrations that appear to match clinical study levels based on the ingredient order (both peptides are listed in the active portion of the INCI).
